People and Culture Administrator

We’re currently seeking a collaborative People and Culture Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation and industry leader, where your adaptability and teamwork will make a real difference.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE  

 

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will quickly become part of an engaged, hardworking, down to earth team, who will welcome you with open arms. 

 

Based out of our Head Office in Clayton, you will provide admin support to ensure the smooth running of the broader People, Safety & Culture (PS&C) function.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Being our first point of contact for all People & Culture enquiries on the phone and email
  • Maintaining the administrative side of employee paperwork, exit interviews and other People & Culture processes
  • Coordinating our company wide work experience program
  • Coordination of Fitness for Work checks across all branches
  • Support Apprentice Program with stage changes, rotations, and funding claims
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing communications for weekly business updates
  • Provide administrative support for the broader PS&C team as required

ABOUT YOU  

 

You thrive on delivering an exceptional customer experience and your attention to detail and organisational skills are second to none. Your proactive and flexible approach will make you perfect for this busy and dynamic role. 

 

Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role and have completed or currently undertaking a formal HR qualification.

 

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • Adaptable and can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of the end to end employee life cycle highly advantageous
  • Ability to engage well with all levels, display empathy and maintain confidentiality
  • Advanced Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
