We are on the search for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Service Coordinator within our Clayton branch.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this challenging front line position would suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team. A mechanical trade background would be preferable for this role given you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians. 

 

What a day typical day will look like:

  • Booking and scheduling work in progress
  • Liaising with customers throughout their machine repairs
  • Providing clear, accurate and timely information for machine repairs and Used Equipment build ups
  • Quotations following inspection work.
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
  • Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions

ABOUT YOU

 

You will utilise your knowledge gained from your mechanical trade background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.

 

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
