Quality Assurance Coordinator

This is your opportunity to come and join our dedicated William Adams Business Improvement Team as our Quality Assurance Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Business Improvement Group Manager, you will be based in our newly renovated Clayton Head Office.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In this dynamic role, you will be required to ensure our business systems are aligned with our Quality Assurance Accreditation and more importantly our customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and delivering results as per a scheduled audit plan and accreditation requirements
  • Interacting with all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrating leadership ability and being capable of handling multiple priorities  concurrently
  • Displaying the ability to review systems and processes with consistency and clarity
  • Ensuring that our Quality Assurance and Customer Expectations are aligned with our  LEAN objectives
  • Internal and external Quality Assurance auditing
  • Management of the Quality Assurance Management System

ABOUT YOU

You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and are a naturally energetic and assertive person. You can demonstrate solid communication and time management skills.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Previous work experience in a similar position
  • Tertiary qualifications, or working towards in Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with QA & QAMS
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
