Customer Service Coordinator

We are on the search for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Customer Service Coordinator within our Laverton branch.




Reporting to the Service Manager, in this pivotal role you will be coordinating equipment services and repairs for our customers. 


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Owning the customer contact for all jobs from start to finish, to achieve customer satisfaction and return for the company
  • Providing quotation/estimates for repairs 
  • Booking and scheduling all work as well as managing invoicing and work in progress




You will utilise your knowledge gained from your mechanical trade background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.


To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external  relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

If you have a good understanding of Cat machinery and have previously worked for a Caterpillar dealer, you could be at the top of our list!
