ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be based in Clayton and report to the Equipment Sales Support Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective administration for our New and Used Equipment.

Your key responsibilities and daily activities will include:

• Staff training and supervision
• Accountability for individual and Team KPIs
• Contract Administration
• Internal stakeholder Liaison
• Back-up for Inventory Controller
• New and Used Equipment Process Improvement

You are a strong collaborator, who enjoys customer support roles and contributing to a successful team.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• High attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
• Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management
• Ability to resolve problems in a practical, timely and professional manner
• Ability to identify customer needs and respond accordingly
• Ability to work under pressure
