Are you working selling Aftermarket and want to manage the aftermarket sales leads???? Want to work with a great team & the Caterpillar Product? This is a new opportunity that has been created for an Aftermarket Lead Specialist to be based at our Clayton head office. This is a permanent full-time position primarily responsible for managing the aftermarket sales pipeline and health of associated data. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Sales Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for being the key point of contact for the strategy and be responsible for analysing and optimising the lead to the opportunity funnel and reporting on key metrics regularly. Key responsibilities in this role include: - Supporting sales reps in disqualifying leads following the correct process
- Ensuring qualified leads for being correctly actioned
- Ensuring lost reasons are being correctly filled out
- Ensuring the prioritised Service Events are correctly closed as won for existing leads
- Supporting the Sales Supervisor/Manager to upload and manage focused leads
- Assign marketing leads to the correct campaign and rep for follow up
- Identifying opportunities to improve quality of leads
- Analysing data to recommend change in the leads parameters
- Monthly lead parameter analysis review
ABOUT YOU This is a role within the Product Support team and will suit someone who is driven, can demonstrate a passion for the product and comes with experience in the aftermarket space. We are looking for the following skills, experience and attributes: - Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Business preferred or minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service, sales or marketing position
- Advanced understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, coupled with Customer Relationship Management experience
- Proven data analytics and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office, CRM, Marketing automation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high pressure environment
- Experience within a similar heavy vehicle/equipment management industry (desirable)
