This is an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor and true people leader.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE  

 

Based in Traralgon and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our hard-working Workshop and Field Service teams. You will ensure all KPI’s are achieved and more importantly our customers have a positive experience each time they do business with us.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers
  • General workshop management and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and drive safety awareness in line with company objectives
  • Lead, coach and develop our most important asset – our people
  • Maintain the established Contamination Control culture

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic with considerable post trade experience
  • Experience within a similar supervisory role and proven ability to lead a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems, develop a plan and implement solutions
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a number of simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships
