Here is your opportunity to come join the William Adams Product Support Sales team. We are now looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Product Support Sales Representative.

 

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


Reporting to the Sales Manager - Product Support you will be the key contact for parts and service sales within North East Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, top performing individual with a flair for sales to take the next step in their career.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Growing sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
  • Advising customers on equipment repair needs
  • Achieving territory budget by building trust and confidence with your customer base to deliver exceptional value
  • Optimise current marketing programs to generate win-win scenarios
  • CRM reporting, including call planning, activity logging and customer updates
  • Merchandising of all new Parts Products and new/current service programs
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify sales opportunities and support customers in lowest cost repair options
  • Follow up on all leads and opportunities for your customer base
  • Reviewing and monitoring performance against KPI’s

ABOUT YOU  


You are a driven and motivated Sales person who thrives on building long term relationships and achieving targets. 

 

You will have a real hunger to grow product support sales, whilst showing a true passion for delivering long term customer success. Your strong relationship building skills will compliment your previous experience and set you up for success in this pivotal role.

 

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proven sales experience within a similar industry (Heavy earth moving/Mining/Construction)
  • Proven experience establishing and maintaining long term internal and external customer relationships
  • Experience with meeting and exceeding KPI’s and targets
  • A “go getting”, self-motivated, reliable and a proven team player
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, must manage time effectively
