Reporting to the Product Support Operations Manager - Regional Victoria, we are looking for a passionate self-motivated person to take on the exciting role of Branch Manager at our Swan Hill facility.


You will be a leader that has the ability to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders in establishing and implementing multiple key objectives, that enable the team to always 'Be the Customer Needs'. 


Key responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Deliver exceptional Customer Service to our valued customers
  • Be hands on in driving a positive safety culture
  • Lead and motivate a large team to work together in achieving business results
  • Responsibility for profitability and strategic growth of parts and service at your designated branches
  • Overall responsibility for day to day operations across all three branches
  • Commercial performance, market growth, and profitability
  • Development and care of one of our most important assets – our people
  • Build and maintain a strong Contamination Control culture
  • Creating and promoting the value that differentiates William Adams from the competition



To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role and industry.
  • Ability to develop long term internal and external customer relationships
  • Solid project, people, administration and commercial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Must be self-motivated, reliant and a proven team player
  • Mechanical understanding/ comprehension of CAT products and services
  • Intermediate/ Advanced skills in Microsoft office and knowledge or understanding of CAT software programs would be advantageous.
  • Have a commitment to safety
