ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Product Support Operations Manager - Regional Victoria, we are looking for a passionate self-motivated person to take on the exciting role of Branch Manager at our Swan Hill facility.
You will be a leader that has the ability to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders in establishing and implementing multiple key objectives, that enable the team to always 'Be the Customer Needs'.
Key responsibilities of this role are to:
Deliver exceptional Customer Service to our valued customers
Be hands on in driving a positive safety culture
Lead and motivate a large team to work together in achieving business results
Responsibility for profitability and strategic growth of parts and service at your designated branches
Overall responsibility for day to day operations across all three branches
Commercial performance, market growth, and profitability
Development and care of one of our most important assets – our people
Build and maintain a strong Contamination Control culture
Creating and promoting the value that differentiates William Adams from the competition
To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role and industry.
Ability to develop long term internal and external customer relationships
Solid project, people, administration and commercial management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously
Must be self-motivated, reliant and a proven team player
Mechanical understanding/ comprehension of CAT products and services
Intermediate/ Advanced skills in Microsoft office and knowledge or understanding of CAT software programs would be advantageous.
