We have a vacancy in the position of Equipment Sales - North East Melbourne.  The role will be based out of our Clayton Branch and will support our current and future customers across North East Melbourne.


Reporting to the Equipment Sales Manager – Construction you will be representing the organisation and driving engagement within the assigned customer base.  On-going sales and product training will be provided and you will enjoy the many positive aspects of working with customers and developing long lasting relationships, whilst working within a very positive team environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Grow machine population by offering NEW and USED equipment via finance and purchasing options such as Rent to Buy.
  • Offer a high level of service and expertise across major projects in the metropolitan area
  • Customer coverage – ability to build and maintain customer relationships across a wide range of influencers
  • Complete CRM activities and associated tasks such as acting on sale leads
  • Engagement and representation within industry associations and events
  • Creating a positive, value added perception that will differentiate William Adams from the competition




To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:


Essential requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers with a commitment to deliver superior customer service
  • Highly developed time management and communication skills
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
