ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a vacancy for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Field Service Coordinator within the Earthmoving (Field Service) Department at the Clayton Branch.
As we service our customers at all times, we have some flexibility on the rosters we can offer to our employees to fit around their desired lifestyle. These can include 4 days on, 4 days off and 7 days on, 7 days off dependent on availability.
This challenging front line position would suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Working directly with the Service Manager to ensure smooth work planning
Booking and scheduling all work
Managing and invoicing work in progress to customer and company expectations
Owning the customer contact for all jobs from start to finish, to achieve customer satisfaction and return for the company
Manage after-hours breakdown support
Driving daily and monthly key performance objectives to ensure that we surpass the customers' expectations to “Be the Customers' Needs”
To be considered for this role you must be possess the following:
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Highly developed time management and communication skills
The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
Initiative with a positive manner and attitude
Hands on approach and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
Knowledge of Caterpillar systems including DBS (preferred not essential)
Commitment to safety
The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges of customer service in a fast paced and busy operations environment, while working as part of a capable team.
