ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We currently have a vacancy for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Field Service Coordinator within the Metro Field Group (MFG) Department based at the Clayton Branch, Monday to Friday roster.

 

The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges of customer service in a fast paced and busy operations environment, while working as part of a capable team.

 

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working directly with the Service Supervisor to ensure smooth work planning
  • Coordinating the day to day customer work in progress
  • Owning the customer contact for all jobs from start to finish, to achieve customer satisfaction and return for the company
  • Coordinate after-hours breakdown support
  • Driving daily and monthly key performance objectives to ensure that we surpass the customers' expectations

ABOUT YOU 

 

To be considered for this role you must be possess the following:

 

Essential requirements:

  • Highly developed time management and communication skills
  • The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office suite 
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of Caterpillar systems including DBS
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Ability to diagnose and understand equipment faults
