Our Product Support Sales team  is looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Key Account Manager. This is an integral role within the  Product Support Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Product Support at our Clayton Branch.


The role would ideally suit someone who has a strong background in relationships development, target marketing with advanced selling skills and sound knowledge of the earthmoving industry, and has a proactive attitude.


An attractive salary package including vehicle will be offered.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • The ongoing management and development of a select number of key accounts
  • Centralising the loyalty agreement process to assist with the management of quarterly reviews and annual renewals
  • Understanding intimately the overall business structures, market drivers, strategy and influences of the nominated key accounts
  • Providing direct coverage of the key account management teams and assist with the PSSR coverage of these key customers ensuring consistent communication between customers and staff
  • Establish marketing strategic plans for the key accounts to promote growth
  • Remaining up to date with the entire range of products to provide effective support to key customers with a high degree of knowledge, expertise and professionalism in respect to product selection, technical and product support issues
