Our Used Equipment Department is currently looking for a highly organised and customer focused Coordinator to work at our Clayton branch.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

Reporting directly to the Used Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating used equipment and machinery to be priced and serviced through the workshop to a resalable condition ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget to customers.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to get off the tools or step away from commercial sales and move their career into a new direction. 

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage machine preparation, delivery and transport
  • Assisting sales in sourcing parts pricing and availability 
  • Liaise with stakeholders in sourcing and achieving delivery schedules
  • Process quotes, purchase orders  and supplier invoices
  • Coordinate equipment mechanic’s daily priorities
  • Assist in cost analysis of customer quotes and invoices
  • Undertake periodic inventory audits
  • Maintain and update the CRM system as appropriate

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient computer literacy and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, meticulous team player with a mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experienced in managing conflicting priorities
  • Ideally you will have a trade qualification/background in mechanics
