Technology Sales Consultant

This is an exciting time to be on board with William Adams Clayton as we dive boldly into a new phase of technological advancement!


Reporting to our Technology and Innovation Manager, you will contribute strongly to our overall customer experience by helping to roll out sales initiatives around new and existing Caterpillar technology products. This is a fast developing and exciting area of our business and could see you talking about exciting technology such as drone solutions for geospatial mapping, machine control and automation and fatigue monitoring systems.


Daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Handle internal and customer technology sales queries for Caterpillar technology products in a prompt and professional manner
  • Research solutions to meet specific customer requirements in the digital and technology space
  • Identifying sales opportunities and entering these in the CRM system
  • Generate quotes in conjunction with customer requirements
  • Data entry and admin within the CRM system




In order to be considered for this opportunity we are looking for the following:

  • Considerable experience within a similar role
  • A genuine interest in technology
  • Excellent customer service and rapport building ability
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Intermediate computer skills
