Right now, we are on the look out for a highly motivated Equipment Services Specialist to join our busy Clayton team on a 5 x 2 (Monday to Friday) roster, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

THE ROLE

You will be joining an experienced and dedicated team where you will gain experience servicing a variety of mobile plant and equipment (predominantly CATERPILLAR).

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Carrying out high quality preventative maintenance servicing, routine inspections and minor repairs on customer equipment in the field
• Completing required paperwork accurately and effectively (e.g. service reports and CAT inspect forms, time sheets, repair sheets, expense vouchers)
• Providing quality customer service at all times
• Minimising machine downtime and maximising productivity

ABOUT YOU 

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• A strong customer service background
• Trade qualified Technician / Mechanic / Fitter
• Experience in servicing and / or repairing of automotive and / or earthmoving equipment
• Highly developed communication skills
• Self-motivated and team orientated
• Proven ability to work unsupervised under all conditions
• Willing to work overtime and be flexible
• Have a agile way of thinking to get the best outcome for all involved
• Mid-Rigid license (don’t have one? We can help you and reimburse costs – conditions may apply)
