ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As the Clayton Branch Manager, you will be accountable for leading and empowering a team of 90+ highly experienced and dedicated individuals. As an instrumental leader in this Clayton facility you will coach, train and mentor our team to achieve optimal performance for both our customers and business alike.

 

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday – Friday.  Included in the overall remuneration package will be a fully maintained company vehicle.

 

 Key responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Being a hands-on leader in driving a safety-first culture, including a major focus on contamination control & Continual Improvement
  • Leading of all branch employees and creating a positive culture
  • Ongoing key stakeholder management with all key players in business
  • Overseeing key departments in business, including Parts and Service
  • Financial accountability of the branch including budgets
  • Leading by example and being an advocate for our core values of Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Excellence and Sustainability

ABOUT YOU

 

You will have extensive experience with communicating and interacting on all levels with internal and external stakeholders.  Your sound commercial acumen will drive the branch’s growth and performance, ensuring at all times we are being and exceeding our customer needs. 

 

We highly encourage you to apply if you have the following:

  • Self-confidence, authority and enthusiasm with natural leadership ability
  • A proven record to engage, motivate and manage a successful large team
  • Solid project, people, administration and commercial management skills
  • Sound conflict resolution, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical understanding and comprehension of CAT products and services – (not essential but highly considered)
  • A genuine commitment to safety
