Here is the opportunity for you to come and join the highly successful William Adams Customer Solutions team.  This Contracts Administrator position is instrumental in the continuation of future growth within the William Adams business.

The overall focus is being a subject matter expert (SME) for our customers, both internal and external for our Customer Value Agreement (CVA) contracts and our Cat Inspect digital reporting application.

A typical day in this role will look like:

• Contributing to the Sales Administration Team, ensuring all business requirements, policies, procedures, business culture and business values are upheld
• Maintaining all systems/tools with 100% accuracy (Monday.com, DBS, Unit 4, and all other existing or newly introduced systems/tools),
• Process New/Used Equipment Road Registration in a timely manner,
• Managing Machine build-ups resulting in timely task delivery,
• Accurate and Timely invoice processing and/or management,
• Managing machine and attachment deliveries, transport and transfers across Tasmania and Victoria,
• Cross departmental collaboration,
• Reporting and
• Ad-hoc and unpredicted/uncounted activities and responsibilities 

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience working with databases/systems and online portals
• Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Well-developed data entry and administration skills
• Tactful communicator and a strong team player
• Self-motivated, reliable and detail focused
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively and multitask
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the industrial engines, generators and earthmoving machinery preferred
• A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
